Does your school offer a show choir program?

The Rising Stars® provides quality choir programs to area schools. It is our heartfelt belief that music can nurture the heart of the child and can encourage the development of important life skills such as self-esteem, teamwork, social skills, and confidence. Perhaps most importantly, we feel this program provides an outlet for students to express themselves through the art of performing while creating a special group and place for them to belong outside of academic and athletic environments.

Our School-Based Programs bring choir programs into schools that may not be able to offer show choir or choir programs, or into schools that simply want to enrich an already-existing choral program. At some schools, we have been sponsored by the PTA. At other schools, we simply run all aspects of the program. We can customize the experience to meet the interests and needs of your school.

The Rising Stars® is led by certified music educators who have led choral programs throughout the state of Illinois. Proper choral techniques, introductory music theory, audition skills, and basic choreography are only a few of the concepts our students will explore as members of this program.
