Each summer, The Rising Stars® offers show choir camps for students across the Chicagoland area. The camps / workshops are scheduled in 3 Sessions to accommodate just about anybody's busy schedule. Students can attend one or multiple sessions. The upcoming Rising Stars® Summer Camp Brochure will be available in the Spring.

Session 1: July 1st | Session 2: July 15th | Session 3: July 22nd

General Summer Camp / Workshop Information:

Students are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; applicants will be notified by mail
After two full paying children, the third and subsequent children receive a $50 discount
Performances for all sessions is on the last Friday of each session at 7pm
Please keep Friday afternoon/evening free for a dress rehearsal prior to the performance
$100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration (it will be returned if a session is full)
Tuition includes performance T-shirt
Tuition balance is due on the first day of each session
Early Bird Discounts are available for registrations paid in full by May 1
Planning to attend more than one session? Multi-session discounts per student will be given
Location of sessions may vary year to year; historically, the camps have been located at Hinsdale South High School (Darien, IL), Glenbard South High School (Glen Ellyn, IL), Westmont High School (Westmont, IL), and Glenbard West High School (Glen Ellyn, IL)

Wee Rising Stars (Ages 4 -5)

Time: 1 - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

Musical enrichment and performing activities in a classroom atmosphere mixed with crafts, games, and a light snack.

Mini Rising Stars (Entering grades 1 - 3)

Time: 1 - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

Minis Plus (Themed camp-like activities)

Time: 2:30 - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Young Rising Stars (Entering grades 4 - 6*)

Time: 1 - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Rising Stars JH (Entering grades 6* - 8)

Time: 9 - Noon, Monday - Friday

Rising Stars HS (Entering grades 9 & up)

Time: 9 - Noon, Monday - Friday

Boys' Ensemble

Time: 12 - 1pm, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday

Boys entering grades 4 - 12 who are enrolled in a Rising Stars group can join the Ensemble at no additional charge.

* 6th graders can choose between Young Rising Stars or our Junior High Rising Stars
